NCTzen DREAM Membership is not one universal fan-club pass. The Global and Japan products are separate, and the useful choice depends on the country where you expect to attend events. The current Global product is available year-round, lasts 365 days from purchase. A membership can unlock registration for selected presales or fan events, but it does not guarantee a ticket, a physical kit or access in every country.
The most important 2026 change is the new Global product cycle announced in September. Existing members can extend only during the stated renewal window, while new members may join through the current sales page. Check the exact event notice before buying: event registration and ticket purchase are often separate steps with separate deadlines.

Weverse says one account can hold available memberships for different shop countries. That does not make benefits interchangeable. A Japan-only lottery can require the Japan product, while a Global presale may specify NCTzen DREAM Membership (GL). Buying both is useful only when you genuinely use both territories.
What the September 2026 renewal notice changes
Weverse’s September notice says a newly launched Global sales page replaces the annual product page. Both eligible renewals and new applications can use it. Renewal is available from 60 days before expiry until 30 days after expiry. If an eligible member renews within that window, the remaining period is combined with another 365 days on the mobile membership card.
That rule is not an unlimited grace period. If your membership has expired, benefits during the gap are not restored automatically, and event eligibility can depend on holding a valid membership at a specific checkpoint. Verify the expiration shown in the Weverse app before relying on a presale.
Presale access is a two-step process
Membership alone is rarely the final ticket action. The official 10th anniversary party notice shows the pattern clearly: eligible NCTzen DREAM Global members had to complete separate verification before the membership presale, and the membership had to remain valid through the event date. The ticket platform still controlled the transaction.
Use this checklist for every event:
- Confirm the notice names your exact membership territory: GL, JP or another product.
- Register for the fan-club presale inside the stated window if required.
- Match your Weverse account email, legal name and birth date to the ticket rules.
- Complete any ticket-platform verification before the sale opens.
- Keep the membership valid through the eligibility date, not only the announcement date.
- Read companion and identity-check rules; they vary by event.
Membership kit, refunds and auto-payment
The digital membership and the physical membership kit are different products. Weverse says kit shipping may be unavailable in some countries, and previous kits used limited sales windows. Do not buy membership assuming a parcel is included.
The current product page allows cancellation within seven days of payment, but not after a membership-only benefit has been used. Auto-payment is optional and managed under Weverse Shop’s payment settings. If you hold Global and Japan products, their renewal dates can differ because validity follows each purchase date.
What remains uncertain
Membership does not confirm a future Seoul concert, a comeback, a fan meeting or a ticket allocation. It also does not promise that every city will run a fan-club presale. Benefits, identity rules, refund terms, shipping availability and ticket vendors can change by territory and event.
